In 2018 I began posting my goals to the universe in an attempt to make myself more accountable for them. I am tracking them here along with details for my own benefit, and perhaps anyone else who may find any use in my code related exercises.

This year, I am continuing the trend, and reusing my “Read 10 Books” goal because, frankly, it has made a measurable improvement in my life. As a direct result of my increased reading, there are so many discussions I have had, and people I have engaged with that I would have never in my wildest dreams saw as an outcome of increasing the quantity and quality of my reading..

Writing Them Down

If I write a goal down it becomes more of a task than a fleeting thought; then these posts effectively become more of an accountability measure for me than anything else.

Tesla Road Trip

Lava Butte

Father’s Day 2019 began with a trip to Bend, Oregon; famous for craft beer and amazing Pacific Northwest outdoor activities.

Bend is a pretty common destination from the Seattle area, so naturally there was a pretty well defined Tesla Road Trip route for us to follow, so we managed to knock off our first Supercharger route with only one instance of range anxiety. Thankfully, yours truly managed a trip-saving freeway u-turn.

Restore an Original NES & SNES

Restoring a Nintendo, and Super Nintendo were extremely fun projects that helped me get my kids into video games, and was incredibly nostalgic.
