While my magic mouse 2 is about to run out of battery life because I forgot to plug it in overnight, I sit here and wonder candidly:

How, with all of the brilliance of engineering at Apple, did the Magic Mouse 2 Lightning USB connection end up underneath the mouse instead of in the front so you could still use the device while its charging?

Someone help me understand.
